FIS NorAm Cup - Men's and Women's Slalom Ski Races, Nov. 24-27, Loveland is proud to host the 2012 - 2013 FIS NorAm Slalom races.  Come out and watch as some of the worlds best skiers compete at the Loveland Valley for their chance to make it to the World Cup.  The event is free to watch and you're sure to see some fast paced racing excitement.

Bent Gate Mountaineering Demo Day, Dec 2, Jan 13 Bent Gate Mountaineering visits Loveland to host a demo day with their full line of Telemark and AT gear.

Outdoor Divas Demo Day, Dec. 6, Jan 3, Feb. 7, March 7. The Outdoor Divas and Loveland partner up to offer women's specific demo days on the first Thursday of every month. This is your chance to come and try all the latest womens ski equipment before you buy it. For more information on brands and models which will be available to test, please contact Outdoor Divas. There is no cost to participate, although a drivers license and credit card are required for deposit as is a valid lift ticket.

Free Family Race Day, Dec. 15, Loveland hosts a free Family Race Day! The race will be open to skiers and snowboards of all ages and abilities. Come out and race each other for bragging rights and race medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd fastest time in many different age categories. The race is free and open to everyone.

Loveland's 75th Anniversary Party, Jan 12, Come celebrate 75 years of great skiing and riding as Loveland hosts an anniversary birthday party. Join us for food, drink, live music, prizes, and a season pass holder appreciation party.  There is no cost to participate, although a valid lift ticket is required.  Stay tuned for more info!

NSAA Safety Week, Jan 19-27, 2013, National Safety Awareness Week is an annual event highlighting resort safety education efforts while increasing slope safety. Join us for Ski Patrol demos, sun safety tips, terrain park safety, and helmet information.

Beta Theta Pi - Ski-a-Thon, Feb 9, 2013, The men of Beta Theta Pi from the Colorado School of Mines visits Loveland to host their annual Ski-a-Thon Philanthropy event.  Join us for a day of silent auctions, raffles, food and of course great skiing!  Packages including lift ticket, lunch, raffle ticket and t-shirt will be available for a great price! Comeout for a great day of skiing for a good cause.

22nd Annual Mountaintop Matrimony, Feb 14, 2013, The 22nd Annual Valentine’s Day Mountaintop Matrimony ceremony and reception is a Loveland tradition where new couples are joined in matrimony and married couples renew their vows in a mass wedding at The Ptarmigan Roost Cabin, elevation 12,050 feet, located at the top of Lift #2. Family Race Day , Feb 16, 2013, Visit Loveland as we host another free Family Race Day.  The race will take place on Firecut off Chair 2 from 10am - 2pm and will be open to skiers and snowboards of all ages and abilities.  Come out and race each other for bragging rights and medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd fastest time in many different age categories.  The race is free and open to everyone.  Just sign up the morning of on the Basin Patio or at the top of the course.

Subaru's Master the Mountain, Feb 16-18, March 23-24 2013, Subaru has created an event weekend dedicated to promoting a safe and enjoyable snowrider environment. Subaru’s Master of The Mountain events include free mini-lessons, Nordica demos and an insider’s look at the operations of the National Ski Patrol with an avalanche awareness and beacon training session.
